Retina-All Panel (Research)

Together with Prof. Wolfgang Berger and Dr. John Neidhardt*, University of Zurich, Switzerland, and Prof. Bernd Wissinger and Dr. Susanne Kohl, University of Tübingen, Germany, CeGaT has developed a Retina-All Panel for simultaneously analyzing 196 genes causing hereditary eye disease.* The team around Prof. Bernd Wissinger, University of Tübingen, Germany, will help validating the results.

With the Retina-All Panel we can perform the sequencing of the 196 genes listed below via Next-Generation-Sequencing on the SOLiD 4 platform. This is of interest for researchers especially. The price for the Retina-All sequencing with the CeGaT Panel amounts to EUR 3,500 (VAT not incl.); as this is a research panel the price does not include re-sequencing of variants nor a medical report. A deletion analysis is not included in the price but can be ordered separately.
