CeGaT has developed a NBIA Panel for simultaneously analyzing all genes associated with Neurodegeneration with Brain Iron Accumulation (NBIA).
The sequencing of the 8 genes mentioned below is performed on the SOLiD platforms via next generation sequencing. The obtained data are analyzed and all variants being found are validated on the capillary sequencer.
The price will be gladly provided upon request. A deletion analysis can be requested separately.
