Tim Scheurenbrand, a bachelor in computational biology, has been working for CeGaT GmbH since November 2009. His bachelor thesis was on the assembly of next generation sequencing data. At the moment, he is a masters student at the University of Tübingen and will finish his studies in autumn 2011. Supported by Prof. Huson, Head of the Department Algorithms in Bioinformatics at the University of Tübingen, Tim Scheurenbrand works on the development and integration of software for data analysis of next-generation sequencing data.
